The measurement of very low leakage is one of the most difficult tasks to perform in fluid power component testing. Combining linear measurement systems with microprocessors provides a means to accurately measure low leakage while the component is under working conditions.
For efficient, cost-effective fluid power production, the oil conditioning system contained in a REN CORPORATION testing facility is the best. For over 20 years of field-proven performance, we have provided our customers with oil filtration housing components. As technology in the market places becomes more sophisticated, cleanliness requirements are more stringent as well.We continually strive to develop better filtration methods to help our customers produce better products and to meet these new challenges in the fluid power industry.
Our hydraulic hose test stand is designed to perform all hose tests in accordance with SAE and JIS standards. It performs flex impulse and burst testing. Cold bend testing is done in a cryogenically cooled chamber.
This test stand is one of several in service testing powershift transmissions as they leave the assembly line. These transmissions represent the movement in agricultural and heavy equipment toward increasing microprocessor control of drive functions. The sophisticated controls in REN test stands easily provide the control and data acquisition manufacturers require for quality assurance of complex components.

The test stand shown here is designed for pump, cylinder, valve, and motor testing. This particular installation features a "through the wall" arrangement which places the major hydraulic and mechanical components in an adjacent room for easy maintenance and minimal noise in the work area.
